Contributing to VIDA Magazine

A little update on my press collaborations…

Since July 2017 I have been contributing a fashion-related article each month to VIDA magazine, which comes out every first weekend of the month with the local newspaper Malta Today. To date, I have written quite a few articles, some of which are also available online in the links below.

However, the intention here is to also present separate articles (in other blog sections – so keep an eye out for more), so that you can have a more in-depth look at the content, including behind-the-scene and other shots that did not feature but that are worthwhile showcasing. Plus, in case you missed the VIDA past editions, you will be able to see what I have been up to (which might partly explain a brief absence from the blog at times). Stay tuned here for more updated links that will be added with every new article. The ones below are available online but others that are not will be presented as articles in their own right.

The very first article:

The concept of the capsule wardrobe (part 1):

Outfit ideas for the capsule wardrobe (part 2):

First article of 2018 – winter outfit ideas

Note: So far, it has been an enriching and rewarding experience to write for a local magazine. Truth be told, ever since this blog was created, it has been one of my ambitions and hopes to extend my writing and content creation to a published platform. Moreover, I have been reading and following VIDA magazine even before the blog was launched, so you can imagine what a pleasant surprise and honour it has been for me to be given the opportunity to contribute to it as a fashion blogger. Such a move in the right direction has motivated and encouraged me to seek out new opportunities for content creation, such as getting more serious about organising photo shoots. Being given a more active voice to pursue such creative work has not only convinced me that all my work and time spent have been worthwhile, but it has also made me realize my potential and taught me that I can really do what I want to do if and when I really put my mind to it. Above all, my aim is to provide inspiration and instil a sense of joy in reading and viewing content that has been created with dedication and passion.
